TJ Maloney is President and CEO of Lincolnshire Management, a private equity firm that focuses largely on investments and acquisitions in middle-market companies across a range of industries. He has been part of Lincolnshire since 1993. Prior to his role at Lincolnshire, Maloney served as the interim CEO of Credentials. He also practiced M&A and securities law in New York City. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Boston College and a former member of the Board of Trustees of Fordham University. Maloney has lectured extensively and has served as a guest lecturer at several universities including the Columbia University M.B.A. Program.
Maloney earned his bachelors from Boston College and subsequently graduated from Fordham Law School (J.D. 1979). He is the 2007 recipient of the Richard J. Bennett Memorial Award, which recognizes outstanding corporate leaders with excellent moral standards presented by Fordham Law School.
In addition, Maloney also previously served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the English Speaking Union of the United States and the Board of Trustees of The Tilton School.
